Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Growth & Engagement team. You will build products, platforms, and experimentation capabilities to help customers discover value faster and achieve more with our product.

You will partner with Product, Design, Data, and other Engineering teams to identify opportunities, validate ideas through experimentation, and deliver experiences that improve outcomes and drive business growth.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production systems.
Strong frontend: TypeScript, React; backend: Node.js; database: MongoDB.
Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and the broader AI tooling ecosystem; experience with AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain customer-facing features that improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify growth opportunities and translate feedback into product decisions.
Design, implement, and analyze experiments using feature flags, A/B testing, and analytics to measure impact.
Build reliable instrumentation and event pipelines to understand customer behavior for informed product decisions.
Write high-quality, maintainable code and contribute to architecture and long-term platform improvements.
Improve performance, reliability, accessibility, and scalability of critical user journeys.
Mentor teammates through technical leadership, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to roadmap planning and technical strategy for the team's engineering practices.
