United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Full-Stack Growth Engineer to build the product and systems that help more people discover the company, convert into members, and reach first value. You’ll work across web and backend surfaces that power acquisition, signup and access, onboarding and activation, and early engagement.

You’ll ship experiments end to end, instrument funnels carefully, and partner closely with product, design, data, and marketing on a small, senior team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with ownership of growth-related surfaces.
• Strong full-stack capabilities across modern web frontend and backend services.
• Experience running growth experiments in production (A/B tests and instrumentation).
• Understanding of customer journeys, segments, and activation metrics.
• Ability to debug across web UI, networking, and data pipelines.
• Able to collaborate with product, design, data/marketing to ship learning.
• Willingness to verify AI-generated code outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition and conversion surfaces, improving landing experiences and checkout flows.
• Own onboarding, signup, activation, and reducing first-session friction.
• Design, ship, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across funnels.
• Deliver full-stack features across frontend and backend with clear ownership.
• Instrument funnels, cohorts, activation milestones, and summarize insights.
• Ensure reliability and observability of high-traffic growth paths.
• Partner with product, design, data, and marketing to align on metrics and tradeoffs.
• Apply AI coding tools judiciously and verify outputs before production.
