You'll work closely with various teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of software engineering experience with strong skills in TypeScript/Node, Python, or Go.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend expertise in TypeScript/Node, Python, Go or similar.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses.
• Experience with attribution and marketing technology.

Responsibilities

• Design agentic growth systems that monitor performance and diagnose failures.
• Build reusable systems for promotions, referrals, and campaigns.
• Work directly with marketing, sales, and partnerships.
