Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. in New York seeks a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, copy, and testing. You will lead client conversations and optimize funnels to drive qualified appointments.

You will manage multiple accounts, craft direct-response copy, and work with editors and AI tools to accelerate creative development while maintaining strategic judgment. Flexible schedule and remote-friendly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively identify and address account risks and opportunities.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and creative testing.
• Monitor daily performance against cost-per-appointment and other key acquisition metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and determine where changes are most likely to improve results.
• Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaign variables.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences.
• Collaborate with video editors and provide clear creative direction.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research and copy development while maintaining quality and strategic judgment.
