Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, messaging, and funnel optimization. You will lead client conversations, manage budgets, and drive testing for lead generation and appointment bookings.

You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and be directly accountable for client performance, relationships, and retention. This role offers a remote work setup with national scope and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and video scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports.
• Translate data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals and referrals.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaigns.
