The role requires 5+ years in data science or analytics, strong SQL/Python skills, and a MS in a quantitative field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, experimentation, or applied statistics in B2C SaaS/digital product environments.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with experience on large-scale datasets in modern data environments (Databricks, Spark).
• Foundation in statistics and quantitative methods (regression, hypothesis testing, forecasting, causal inference, predictive modeling).

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior across the end-to-end funnel to identify factors influencing acquisition, conversion, retention, and churn.
• Use exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns across the customer lifecycle.
• Investigate anomalies in the funnel to determine whether shifts are market, product, or technical friction driven.
• Drive Run-the-Business by analyzing weekly GTM funnel performance for acquisition and retention.
• Communicate insights clearly to senior leaders, turning analyses into simple, decision-ready narratives.
• Elevate technical bar by contributing to shared code libraries and collaborating with Data Eng to optimize data architecture.
