Harnham, a global data science recruiting partner, is partnered with a leading B2B SaaS company to hire a Senior Manager of Data Science, GTM. This is a high impact leadership role reporting to the VP of Data, guiding a growing team that supports Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Finance.

You will shape the GTM Data Science strategy, drive predictive modeling and experimentation, and work with senior stakeholders to align data initiatives with revenue growth and customer lifetime

• Proven GTM-focused Data Science impact in B2B SaaS or subscription models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 5 Data Scientists and Analysts.
• Own the GTM Data Science strategy across acquisition, retention, and expansion.
• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success.
• Lead high impact work on lead scoring, LTV, MMM, attribution, sales propensity, and experimentation.
• Establish trusted metrics across CAC, LTV, retention, and conversions.
• Provide technical leadership in predictive modeling, experimentation, and causal inference with Python and SQL.
• Advise on AI tool adoption to improve Data Science operations.

We’re partnered with a global B2B SaaS company looking to hire a Senior Manager of Data Science, GTM.

This is a high impact leadership role reporting directly to the VP of Data, leading a growing team and shaping how Data Science supports Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Finance.

The business is investing heavily in its Data function and is looking for someone who can combine GTM expertise, Data Science depth, people leadership, and strong stakeholder management to help take the function to the next level.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a team of 5 Data Scientists and Analysts
• Own the GTM Data Science strategy across acquisition, retention, and expansion
• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success
• Lead high impact work across lead scoring, LTV, Marketing Mix Modeling, attribution, sales propensity, and experimentation
• Establish trusted metrics across CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, and the broader customer funnel
• Provide technical leadership across predictive modeling, experimentation, causal inference, Python, and SQL
• Help the team adopt AI tools and AI assisted development to improve how Data Science operates

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience across Data Science, Marketing Science, Sales Analytics, or Revenue Analytics
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Strong experience applying Data Science to GTM problems, ideally within B2B SaaS or subscription businesses
• Track record building models that have directly impacted revenue, sales performance, marketing efficiency, or customer growth
• Strong understanding of predictive modeling, experimentation, and causal inference
• Comfortable reviewing Python and writing advanced SQL
• Strong communicator who can challenge senior stakeholders, prioritize effectively, and translate business problems into Data Science solutions
• Comfortable operating in a fast moving, evolving environment where there is still plenty to build
