Job summary

Illumina is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager in the United States to own the full lifecycle of integrated marketing campaigns for SomaScan. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, and build HubSpot/Pardot workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions.

You will analyze performance, present insights, and optimize campaigns for ROI, reporting to Growth Marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in integrated multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience in B2B or life sciences.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or Pardot.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn.
• Strong data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage the full lifecycle from planning through optimization.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Digital.
• Oversee paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Utilize HubSpot and Pardot to build workflows and lead nurturing sequences.
• Conduct A/B testing, landing page optimization, and analytics.
• Monitor KPIs, build dashboards, and present insights.
