• Align cross-functional teams to ensure execution of strategic initiatives and drive sustainable growth for Amazon's video network advertising business.
• Forge and manage relationships with key supply-side partners to enhance Amazon's video network advertising offerings and expand competitive positioning.
• Negotiate and execute partnerships that drive innovation, scale, and mutual value for advertisers and partners.
• Design and execute fill rate optimization strategies across products, including tech stack improvements and activation across customer-facing teams.
• Partner with Engineers to implement data-driven solutions that enhance ad delivery and maximize revenue potential.
• Create product bundles and offerings that deliver compelling value to advertisers and supply-side partners across buy types.
