Amazon.com Services LLC in New York is hiring a Senior Program Manager to shape the future of its video advertising network. You will design and deliver programs that simplify workflows, reduce complexity, and drive measurable impact across our advertising ecosystem.

You’ll own cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of product, business, and operations, set success metrics, and partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to launch scalable programs for publishers and advertisers

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of program or project management experience.
5+ years cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery.
Experience in online or digital advertising.

Mansioni

Design scalable processes by gathering requirements, defining milestones and launch schedules.
Drive accountability from stakeholders for progress on program actions.
Partner with cross-functional leads across Amazon Ads providing tactical guidance.
Drive and facilitate complex projects focusing on results and metric measurement.
Assist with the design of tools, SOPs, and processes.
Identify and mitigate risks, removing roadblocks within projects.
