Qualificações

4+ years of proven experience in sales and business development within the staffing or gaming industries.
Strong understanding of staffing and/or gaming sectors, including key players, trends, and challenges.
Demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.

Responsabilidades

Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within staffing and gaming industries.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Lead contract negotiations and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
Travel within the Las Vegas area for client visits, meetings, and business development activities.
Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights to senior management.
