IGT in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver high-impact recruiting for its game development studios. This senior contributor will advise studio and HR leadership while owning complex hiring across creative and technical disciplines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Liberal Arts/Social Sciences, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with substantial experience independently managing complex, specialized, or senior-level searches.
In-house or embedded recruiting experience supporting game development studios, gaming, interactive entertainment, or closely related creative technology environments.
Strong working knowledge of game development disciplines and studio hiring dynamics.
Proven ability to build recruiting strategies and talent pipelines for niche, competitive skill sets.
Advanced consultative and stakeholder-management skills.
Full-cycle recruiting capabilities across assessment, candidate engagement, interview process management, offer strategy, negotiation, and closing.
Comfort using recruiting metrics and market data to diagnose pipeline challenges.
Proficiency with ATS, sourcing platforms, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment for complex studio roles across game development.
Partner with studio leaders, hiring managers, and HR to translate roadmaps into recruiting strategies.
Provide data-informed guidance on talent availability, compensation, location strategy, and market dynamics.
Build proactive sourcing, talent-mapping, and pipelines for niche talent.
Apply knowledge of game development to improve intake, assessment, and hiring decisions in partnership with SMEs.
Manage full lifecycle from intake and search strategy to offer and close.
Develop relationships with senior candidates to represent IGT and its studios.
