You will identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and ensure client satisfaction to drive revenue and profitability.

The role requires proven B2B sales ability, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a track record of developing long-term client relationships within the staffing industry.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of staffing industry experience in light industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of the light industrial sector and staffing industry.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated with strong goal-orientation and resilience.
• Excellent, clear and concise communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Bullhorn, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by acquiring new clients and expanding market presence in targeted verticals.
• Develop strategic partnerships and ensure client satisfaction to meet revenue goals.
