Job summary

One Pass Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Consumer Marketing to drive subscription growth for One Pass Select. You will own the full consumer conversion journey from eligible member to enrolled subscriber and retained customer.

You will build the conversion engine across paid media, offers, and funnel analytics, partner with Product Marketing on brand storytelling, and collaborate with Marketing Ops to bring campaigns to market quickly in a hybrid Minnesota environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consumer marketing experience in D2C, retail, ecommerce or subscriptions.
• Demonstrated ownership of a revenue target with measurable results.
• Hands-on fluency in paid media across social and search channels.

Responsibilities

• Own consumer paid media strategy and budget across acquisition, retention, and promotion.
• Lead the annual promotion calendar and measure offer effectiveness.
• Oversee acquisition, retention and engagement across paid, lifecycle, and owned channels.
• Own conversion analytics including CPA, ROAS, LTV and funnel retention.
• Build and run a test‑and‑learn roadmap to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with product marketing and partnerships on growth initiatives.
