Job summary

H exists to push the boundaries of superintelligence with agentic AI. This senior, revenue-focused role will own outbound pipeline generation, support AEs, and manage trade show execution for top-of-funnel GTM activities.

The position offers a path to AE, demand-gen lead, or RevOps within 18–24 months, and emphasizes AI-powered productivity with Holo. Hybrid work from Bay Area, New York, or Austin is supported.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a revenue-adjacent role such as SDR/BDR, demand gen, RevOps, or growth marketing.
• Fluency with pipeline metrics and ability to act on data insights.
• Experience selling to senior operators and handling multi-six-figure deals.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound into senior operators with account-specific, research-driven outreach.
• Support enterprise AEs through the full sales cycle with org maps, stakeholder research, and competitive context.
• Own trade show execution from pre-show outreach to post-show follow-through and meetings targets.
• Run and improve pipeline infrastructure in HubSpot, Clay, and Apollo, ensuring data quality.
• Use Holo to automate repeatable parts of the process and document effective practices.
