Job summary

Everwise Credit Union seeks a Sr. Marketing + Product Performance Analyst to lead measurement and insight development across marketing, product, and business performance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and consultative skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, frame business implications, and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Knowledge of marketing and product performance measurement, including campaign analytics, channel and digital metrics, funnel performance, segmentation, personalization, member lifecycle reporting, KPI development, and product growth strategies.
• Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, recurring reports, and performance summaries that communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders.
• Ability to work with data partners and key stakeholders to define reporting requirements, understand source systems, validate data, document assumptions, and resolve data quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain, and improve performance reporting, dashboards, and scorecards across marketing campaigns, products, channels, and member experiences.
• Translate objectives into metrics, KPIs, benchmarks, and success measures to support planning and growth priorities.
• Analyze marketing performance across acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Provide data-informed recommendations for marketing, product, and channel decisions.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to define data requirements and ensure data quality for scalable reporting.
• Develop forecasts, scenario analyses, and analyses to support goal setting and resource allocation.
• Create data visualizations and narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
