Job summary

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst to partner with the Growth Organization and sales leadership. You will build and operate the management system for data-driven growth, deliver visibility into pipeline health, forecast performance, and support executive reviews.

The role requires 9+ years in related ops, strong Excel and CRM skills, and experience with Salesforce, Power BI or Tableau. This is a hybrid role based in Arlington or Herndon, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 9+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Strategy or a comparable role.
• Strong ability to translate data into concise executive insights and recommendations.

• Provide Growth Analytics & Executive Insights to leadership.
• Drive Process Improvement & Automation across the sales landscape.
• Partner cross-functionally to align sales, forecasting, and performance reporting.
