Job summary

MANTECH seeks a Senior Growth Data Analyst to bridge data, strategy, and execution within our Growth Organization as we advance ABSD. This hybrid role in Herndon, VA partners across teams to translate demand signals into actionable BI, reports, and dashboards that drive executive decision-making and refined account planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in data analysis and BI, with 2+ years in GovCon.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce.
• Strong SQL/relational querying, statistics, and data visualization.
• Advanced skills in Google Apps and MS Office, especially Excel for modeling.
• Proactive self-starter able to solve unstructured problems and challenge processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pipeline health to align with account strategies and North Star priorities.
• Serve as Salesforce POC in ABSD and lead data collection enhancements.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and detect anomalies.
• Partner with business teams to translate demand signals into BI solutions.
• Design analytic artifacts to inform executive decisions and account planning.
• Translate BD and capture data into intelligence to drive strategy for C-suite.
