The Athletic is seeking a senior leader to head Growth Product Insights within the data organization. You will scale a team of data analysts, embed with Product, Design, and Growth to influence roadmap decisions, and shift analytics from reactive dashboards to proactive strategic inquiries.

You will mentor analysts, build models hands-on, and drive experimentation and causal inference in a digital subscription environment. This role reports to the Director, Data & Insights and leads a data pod.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in data or product analytics.
• 1–3+ years managing analysts.
• Experience with analytics in subscription products.
