Job summary

1&1 IONOS SE is seeking a senior growth marketing professional in the US to take ownership of CAC and inflow, spanning creative, channels, landing pages, offers, and measurement. You will build and scale new channels such as TikTok, Meta, IG, YouTube, and podcast while leading daily optimization loops.

You will work hands-on as both builder and buyer, coach junior teammates, and collaborate across cross-functional teams, driving an AI-first approach for rapid experimentation and impact.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in performance/growth marketing.
• Experience owning paid budgets and measuring efficiency.
• AI-first operator using LLMs for product and marketing optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own CAC and inflow numbers end-to-end.
• Build and scale new channels (TikTok, Meta, IG, YouTube, podcast, CTV).
• Lead creative production and landing-page/offers testing.
• Mentor early-career teammates and drive daily optimization loops.
• Coordinate with central teams in Germany and local US operations.
