Job summary

FOX’s Red Seat Ventures unit seeks a detail-oriented, client-facing Account Manager to support campaigns through their full lifecycle—from pre-sale pitches to post-sale reporting. You will collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Assistants on deals, then drive kickoff, execution, and wrap reporting, enabling renewals and upsell opportunities.

This role offers exposure to both sales and account management with a clear path to growth.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in media, advertising, account management, or campaign operations.
• Experience supporting both pre-sale (pitch development, decks) and post-sale (campaign execution, reporting) workflows.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to present performance and insights clearly and confidently.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data and translating it into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with media metrics (e.g., impressions, CTR, CPA, CPM).

Responsibilities

• In partnership with Account Executives and Sales Assistants to develop pitch materials and proposals.
• Lead campaign kickoffs, aligning internal teams and clients on timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
• Serve as a primary client contact post-sale and provide updates on performance.
• Own development and delivery of wrap reports and campaign recaps, translating performance into actionable insights.
