Job summary

FOX Corporation's Red Seat Ventures unit is seeking a Manager, Podcast Marketing to lead cross-promotional campaigns across a portfolio of nearly 70 podcasts. You will own projects from planning and creative development through ad operations and reporting, translating data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

This hands-on, high-volume role sits in a growing Audience Development team with opportunities to optimize and automate workflows, build partnerships, and drive audience growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in audience development, marketing operations, campaign management, or ad operations within podcasting, audio, or digital media.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and lookups to create reports.

Responsibilities

• Book and manage cross-promotional campaigns across our podcast portfolio.
• Own campaign execution details including flight dates, targeting, and delivery.
• Build and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports for senior leadership.
• Develop clear performance narratives and recommendations based on data.
• Maintain consistent campaign naming across platforms for accurate results.
• Research and pitch podcasts and YouTube channels for collaborations and guest appearances.
• Coordinate promotional materials and calendars with client teams and partners.
• Manage editorial pitches across Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, iHeart, and YouTube.
• Track platform requirements and lead times to support timely pitches.
• Help automate campaign workflows and reporting processes.
