Job summary

InterContinental New York Barclay is seeking a senior sales leader to drive the Group and Transient sales strategy, overseeing client relationships and revenue performance while upholding IHG brand standards.

In this executive role, you will coach a high-performing team, partner with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Events, and assume leadership of the DOSM in their absence. English fluency is required; luxury hotel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Sales, or related field.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Experience: minimum three to five years in progressive hotel sales with leadership in group sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group & Transient sales strategy and operations to meet targets.
• Coach and develop team members for performance and growth.
