Qualifications

• College Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with hotel software and common office tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate hotel awareness through direct outreach, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to evaluate ROI.
• Build relationships with luxury consortia accounts and travel agencies domestically and globally.
• Collaborate with Director of Sales & Marketing on marketing plan development.
• Develop and update strategic action plans to meet goals.
• Review monthly production and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Maintain and grow the Salesforce database of clients.
• Coordinate with regional and global offices to drive revenues.
