Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred; luxury/experiential sales preferred.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills; aggressive selling abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Delphi systems.
• Ability to research and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit and handle revenue opportunities; upsell products and services.
• Meet and exceed personal and team revenue goals; manage budgets and forecast revenue.
• Build and strengthen relationships; conduct sales calls and entertain clients.
• Create and manage sales contracts; ensure turnover and service delivery to events.
• Forecast group sleeping rooms and revenue; coordinate with Convention Services.
