Job summary

Ladders seeks a Group Engagement Manager - Digital Experience to drive growth across major client accounts from a remote US base. You will lead consultative selling, qualify opportunities, and craft proposals to win large-scale engagements.

You will partner with executives and internal teams to ensure disciplined account execution, oversee operations, and mentor delivery staff toward growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent considered with relevant experience.
• Minimum 16+ years in sales, relationship or account management.
• Experience with large deals, cross-functional collaboration, and C-level engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine sales plans for the business unit.
• Identify and pursue prospects for large-scale deals.
