Job summary

The Standard seeks a seasoned account manager to serve as the main client contact for large group policies. You will conduct regular on-site visits, negotiate terms, and lead renewal discussions with policyholders and brokers.

This role emphasizes strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and proactive issue resolution to enhance client experience. You will coordinate with underwriters and sales colleagues to craft renewal strategies, analyze claims history, and implement plan

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the territory.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for key policyholders and producers.
• Conduct on-site visits, review claims, and renewals with clients.
• Collaborate with home office, underwriters and sales reps to improve plans and negotiations.
