JRM Construction Management, LLC. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the United States, Florida, Miami area, to lead ground-up construction projects from pre-construction through final completion. You will direct teams, manage budgets, schedules, safety programs, and client relations on high-value builds.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in core & shell construction with interiors, plus OSHA and scaffold certifications, and strong leadership and coordination skills to drive project success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Core & Shell construction with interiors.
• Experience on high-value projects ($50–$150M) and renovation work.
• 30-Hour OSHA and 4-Hour Scaffold User Certificates.
• Knowledge of contracts, retention, and releases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre-construction efforts including schedules and cost studies.
• Direct project team from inception to close-out.
• Plan procurement, bid packages, and subcontract awards.
• Coordinate shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals.
• Monitor schedule, budget, and change management; prepare monthly reports.
• Maintain relationships with designers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Lead project meetings with clients and stakeholders.
