Innomotics seeks a Senior Business Development Manager for Data Center & Grid Solutions in Alpharetta, GA or Kansas City, MO. You will drive Grid Applications growth by engaging EPCs, hyperscale customers, and utilities, shaping commercial strategy and building impactful partnerships.

You will lead complex proposals, coordinate internal approvals, and collaborate across regions to win strategic grid-scale projects for AI infrastructure and data centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• Significant experience in business development, sales, market development, or solution selling in power/energy sectors.
• Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
• Strong customer focus, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Commercial acumen to understand and articulate technical solutions.
• Ability to thrive in an international, collaborative environment.
• Travel domestically up to 30%.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for Grid Applications in Data Center market.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities from early engagement through contract award.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline with visibility into forecasts and risks.
• Engage with hyperscale Data Center customers, EPCs, utilities, and other stakeholders.
• Lead complex proposals and tenders with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with global/ regional teams to secure project wins.
• Monitor market trends and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Represent Innomotics at customer meetings, negotiations, and events.
• Build strategic partnerships and support prequalification for Grid Applications.
