Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior Utilities practitioner in the U.S. to lead ADMS/OMS modernization engagements for electric distribution utilities. You will guide transformation programs, advise senior stakeholders, and drive customer value through modern grid operations.

You will work across CIS, GIS, AMI, and other platforms, mentoring teams and shaping roadmaps for DER integration, AI-enabled operations, and advanced analytics. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience within Utilities delivering ADMS, OMS, DMS or related transformation programs.
• Experience with one or more leading ADMS/OMS platforms such as GE Vernova, Schneider Electric, Oracle, AspenTech.
• Knowledge of DSCADA, network modeling, FLISR, Volt/VAR optimization, load flow, outage management.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements for electric distribution utilities focused on ADMS/OMS modernization and distribution control room transformation.
• Serve as trusted advisor to distribution operations leadership; define strategy, roadmaps, sequencing, and business value.
• Lead or support ADMS/OMS implementations across DSCADA integration, network model management, DMS applications, and DER/automation initiatives.
• Develop distribution operations roadmaps aligned with grid modernization and reliability improvement programs.
• Mentor consultants and analysts; help build ADMS/OMS capabilities across the team.
