Job summary

Attractivate Consulting Solutions in Houston is seeking an ADMS/OMS Consultant to help utility clients implement and optimize Advanced Distribution Management and Outage Management Systems. This role places you at the center of grid modernization programs, enabling real-time situational awareness for operations.

Responsibilities include configuring and testing ADMS/OMS platforms, integrating with GIS, SCADA, AMI, and mobile workforce tools, and supporting go-live and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EE/CS or related field required.
• 4+ years experience with ADMS/OMS in utility settings.
• Understanding of distribution modeling, switching, outages.
• Experience with utility operations or engineering stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and support ADMS/OMS platforms including outage prediction and network model integration.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and IT to translate requirements into configuration and workflows.
• Support integration between ADMS/OMS and GIS, SCADA, AMI, and mobile workforce systems.
• Participate in testing, cutover planning, and go-live support.
• Develop training materials and provide end-user support during rollout.
• Troubleshoot data and connectivity issues between ADMS/OMS and other systems.
