Job summary

Attractivate Consulting Solutions is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead IT workstreams in a major grid modernization program. You will translate complex utility requirements into scalable architectures spanning OMS, ADMS, GIS, AMI, and ERP, driving secure, integrated solutions across IT and OT domains.

You will collaborate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders, define integration strategies, and guide delivery from architecture through implementation while prioritizing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in IT solution architecture, with utility/energy sector exposure.
• Deep knowledge of OMS, ADMS/DMS, GIS, AMI, MDM, SCADA, and ERP.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations via APIs and ESB/middleware.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and regulated utility environments.
• Familiarity with NERC CIP and IT/OT security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for IT systems in grid modernization.
• Create architecture blueprints, integration patterns, and reference architectures.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology to translate requirements.
• Define integration strategies among key platforms (ADMS/OMS/GIS/MDM/AMI/ERP).
• Assess technologies, platforms, and vendors to meet program goals.
• Ensure designs meet security standards and industry best practices.
• Partner with PMs and IT leadership to guide delivery from design to implementation.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
