Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Utilities practitioner to lead ADMS/OMS modernization and distribution control room transformation for electric utilities in the U.S. You will guide client teams, define roadmaps, and deliver complex programs across IT and operations, with focus on reliability, DER integration, and grid analytics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Utilities delivering ADMS/OMS/DMS or related transformation programs.
• Experience with leading ADMS/OMS platforms such as GE Vernova, Schneider Electric, Oracle, AspenTech, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of distribution operations and core ADMS capabilities including DSCADA, distribution network modeling, switching, FLISR, Volt/VAR, load flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements for electric distribution utilities focused on ADMS/OMS modernization, distribution control room transformation, and storm/outage response.
• Serve as trusted advisor to distribution operations leadership, helping define strategy, roadmaps, sequencing, and business value.
• Lead or support ADMS/OMS implementations across DSCADA integration, network model management, DMS apps, DER integration, analytics, and customer communications.
