Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services in Norwell, MA, seeks a Senior Manager, Interconnection Services to lead the generator interconnection process from development through construction, coordinating with ISO/RTOs, utilities, and project teams to optimize grid connections.

You will guide feasibility studies, manage regulatory timelines, and communicate complex findings to leadership, supporting growth of new generating assets.

Qualifications

• Experienced in power systems, transmission planning, and generator interconnection processes.
• 5+ years of experience with power flow, short-circuit, and stability analysis tools.
• Experience with ISO/RTO processes, NERC standards, and transmission regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform interconnection and injection studies to identify project locations.
• Manage generator interconnection applications ensuring ISO/RTO timelines.
• Review system impact studies, facility studies and network upgrade costs.
• Coordinate with development, engineering, and external partners for project success.
