DTE Energy in Michigan seeks a Senior Engineer to lead planning and execution of engineering activities across distribution and transmission systems. The role requires advanced techniques, field experience, and teamwork with engineers, technicians, and operations staff.

You will perform studies, develop models, analyze data, and present findings to leadership while mentoring junior staff. This hybrid position supports reliability and grid modernization initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years of job-related experience in engineering.
• Strong understanding of distribution and/or transmission systems.
• Experience with grid modeling and analytical tools.

• Develops, coordinates, and directs important projects or field engineering assignments with complex features.
