Responsibilities include overseeing advanced system analyses, grid modernization strategies, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration, with potential extended hours during storms or emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or PE license required.
• 7+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex electrical systems.
• Knowledge of standards, codes and practices in area of expertise.
• PE license may reduce experience; master's degree may reduce OJT by 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced performance analysis for electric systems.
• Develop and implement grid modernization strategies.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for major projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct field inspections and resolve high-impact issues.
