Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of dispatching, distribution, or related operations experience.
• Or three years in the SOC Distribution System Operator role with leadership.
• Experience with safety standards and utility operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-shift Distribution System Operators and provide guidance.
• Coordinate outage restoration with field crews and call center teams.
• Evaluate restoration options and determine best plans.
• Manage switching, tagging, and load control responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with work methods, procedures, and SLAs.
