Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years related dispatching experience, including work in distribution, generation station operations, electrical maintenance, power system protection and control, or equivalent operations experience; or three (3) years experience in the SOC Distribution System Operator position with leadership.
• Must successfully pass all required pre-employment assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and oversight of on-shift Distribution System Operators.
• Interacts with customers and coordinates information to meet service needs and resolve complaints.
• Collaborates with field personnel to develop response plans to outages and communicate status to customers.
