Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Supervisory role for electric distribution and transmission operations. The position leads safety-focused field work, coordinating teams across multiple locations with shift work and on-call rotations.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in electric distribution, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong problem-solving skills. Travel to various job sites is required along with documented union contract knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience required.
• Five to ten years of related experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the safe execution of field activities; sets safety expectations for employees.
• Prioritizes work to ensure safe and appropriate use of resources.
• Provides ongoing feedback to employees regarding performance and conducts reviews.
• Applies local union contracts and resolves grievances in a timely manner.
• Coordinates pre-construction reviews and field operations with other utilities.
• Participates in storm duty assignments and on-call rotation as required.
