Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead the construction, operation, maintenance, and emergency restoration of electric distribution and transmission systems. You will drive safety culture, supervise staff, and coordinate across departments to deliver reliable service to customers.

The role requires five to ten years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to respond to outages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience required.
• Five to ten years of related experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Motor Vehicle License required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, timely completion of field operations.
• Set safety expectations and provide performance feedback.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to resolve issues.
• Lead pre-construction reviews and storm duty assignments.
• Travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary.
