Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience working in graphic design.
• Degree in Graphic Design preferred.
• Advanced knowledge and proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere).
• Advanced knowledge and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with action and macro development and document shortcuts.
• Accurate and proficient typing skills (minimum of 75 words per minute preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design graphics for invitations, newsletters, advertisements, posters, banners and brochures using firm guidelines and templates.
• Create, revise and customize PowerPoint presentations.
• Create litigation graphics and demonstratives.
• Illustrate patent drawings.
• Minor video editing.
• Perform clean-up and formatting of common document types.
• Assist with difficult production tasks and mentor others.
• Proofreading and other general document processing tasks.
• Respond to inquiries regarding project status.
• Answer routine and complex questions regarding basic applications and department procedures.
• Assist IT in answering help desk questions.
• Develop proficiency with document production software and technical applications.
