Job summary

Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Graphics Designer to join our in-house Creative Services team in New York. The role focuses on translating complex legal concepts into clear, compelling visuals for client presentations, marketing materials, and firm initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of professional graphic design experience, including 2+ years in a Big Law or professional services setting, and a strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
7+ years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in Big Law or professional services.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premiere Pro etc.).
Advanced PowerPoint skills with complex, bespoke master templates.

Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, newsletters, infographics, social media campaigns, event materials, etc.
Create and maintain sophisticated, on-brand PowerPoint presentations for clients, leadership meetings, and business development.
Oversee brand consistency across client-facing and internal communications.
Collaborate with teams to craft compelling visual narratives.
Drive design strategy for the firm's social media and digital campaigns.
Develop and maintain the firm's design system, templates, and brand guidelines.
Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies for quality production.
Deliver polished work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
Training/oversight of other designers.
