Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years graphic design experience; 2+ years in Big Law or professional services.
• Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills; master templates from scratch.
• Video production and editing including motion graphics preferred.
• Strong typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy.
• Proven ability to translate complex legal concepts into visuals.
• Strong portfolio of Big Law or professional services work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, newsletters, infographics, social media campaigns, event materials etc.
• Create and maintain sophisticated and bespoke on-brand PowerPoint presentations for clients, internal leadership meetings, and business development initiatives.
• Oversee brand consistency across all client-facing and internal communications.
• Collaborate with teams to craft compelling visual narratives.
• Drive design strategy for the firm's social media presence, and digital campaigns.
• Develop and maintain the firm's design system, templates, and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure quality production output.
• Deliver consistently polished work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure legal environment.
• Training/oversight of other designers.
