Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital content creation and design, with a strong portfolio.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio across platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment, with a positive attitude and willingness to share knowledge and expertise.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
• Proficient with web and digital design technologies
• A passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning, with a strong desire to contribute to the success of our team and organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
• Produce, edit, and deliver high-quality videos for YouTube, social media, podcasts, webinars, TV, advertising, and corporate communications.
• Create motion graphics, animations, title sequences, and branded video assets.
• Design digital and print collateral including presentations, brochures, infographics, email graphics, social media graphics, advertisements, and website design.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop creative concepts that support business objectives.
• Capture and edit video footage from company events, interviews, conferences, and in-studio productions.
• Color correct, mix audio, add music, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects to create polished content.
• Design engaging social media graphics and short-form videos tailored for each platform.
• Stay current on design trends, video techniques, AI creative tools, and emerging marketing technologies.
