Job summary

Wespath, based in Glenview, Illinois, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to translate complex financial concepts into engaging visuals. The role requires leading design initiatives, mentoring peers, and delivering high-quality graphics for internal and external stakeholders.

You will collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team, maintain brand consistency, and stay ahead of trends. Experience with AI tools and a strong portfolio are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in art, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years' experience as a design/multimedia professional in a corporate, financial services environment.
• Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint; proficient in Microsoft 365; strong data visualization.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to improve creative efficiency and content development.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually impactful graphic content, illustrations, presentations and other collaterals across multiple channels.
• Provide creative leadership for digital design initiatives and mentor junior designers.
• Manage graphic design projects from concept to delivery, maintaining brand standards and timelines.
• Ensure brand consistency using Wespath Brand Guidelines across projects.
