Job summary

Northern Trust in Chicago is seeking a Senior Designer to join the Creative team. You will craft visually compelling designs that align with our brand standards and support strategic marketing across campaigns, collateral, and digital assets.

You’ll collaborate with marketing strategists and creative leads, own complex assignments, refine details, and contribute to evolving the brand while delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design or equivalent.
• 5–7+ years of professional design experience (agency or in‑house).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and presentation design tools.

Responsibilities

• Design across digital and print mediums including web assets, ads, brochures.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative leads to present ideas with rationale.
• Develop visual narratives and presentation materials.
• Ensure brand identity is applied consistently and templates are refined.
• Deliver final files for print and digital production with accuracy.
