Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Senior Graphics Engineer to lead high-end graphic design, videography, and multimedia production for CPE IEW&S needs. Responsibilities include driving art direction, storyboard development, and executive communication visuals.

You will develop print and digital materials, oversee production with brand compliance, and coordinate with event planners and stakeholders. A strong background in Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphics design or related field and 10+ years in public affairs or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in graphics, videography, and related design.
• An Associate’s degree with 15+ years experience can substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and execution of visual concepts across print, digital, and motion media.
• Oversee production of print graphics integrated with high-end motion video.
• Design executive-level communication materials for senior leaders.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and planning documents for multimedia projects.
• Produce illustrations, drawings, and print artwork.
• Provide charts, diagrams, maps, and other visuals for information delivery.
• Coordinate conference graphic support with planners and stakeholders.
• Manage graphic deliverables tied to branding and standards; liaise with vendors.
• Lead budget development and cost management for graphic initiatives.
• Provide backup support to web design and maintenance.
