Job summary

Wespath Benefits and Investments in Glenview, IL, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to craft visually engaging graphics for internal and external stakeholders. You will translate complex financial concepts into clear visuals, lead digital design initiatives, and guide a team of designers in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years of design experience in finance or corporate settings, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, and strong data-visual storytelling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in art, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years' experience as a design/multimedia professional in a corporate/financial services environment.
• Demonstrated project management experience, including production oversight using Monday.com or similar.
• Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat).
• Expert skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem for presentation design and data visualization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong portfolio showing end-to-end creative work including marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually impactful graphic content, illustrations, presentations and other collateral.
• Create data-driven graphics and infographics to simplify complex financial information.
• Provide creative leadership and direction for digital design initiatives and mentor junior designers.
• Independently manage graphic design projects from concept through delivery.
• Ensure brand consistency and align work with Wespath Brand Guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal clients to guide and influence creative components of initiatives.
