Job summary

Neo4j is seeking a regional Solutions Engineer to partner with sales executives and showcase how the Graph Intelligence Platform addresses critical business needs. The SE will guide customers through technical evaluations, demonstrations, and value realization across industries such as financial services, telecom, technology, and life sciences.

The role requires deep knowledge of graph data, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud architectures, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a similar capacity (Sales/Presales/Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, etc.).
• Experience with enterprise data architecture, data analytics, data science or cloud data architecture.
• Familiarity with graph data technology; working knowledge of Neo4j is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with relational (SQL) and/or NoSQL databases; programming language experience (Python/Java/JavaScript/Go/C#).
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing data solutions in public clouds (AWS/Azure/GCP) or on-premise.

Responsibilities

• Articulate business and technical value of Neo4j to customers and prospects as a technical advisor.
• Drive and run the technology evaluation stage of sales cycles.
• Manage multiple opportunities with qualification, discovery, demonstrations, proof of value, and documentation of criteria.
• Build rapport with stakeholders and become a trusted advisor on Neo4j capabilities and architecture.
• Co-create reference architectures integrating Neo4j with cloud or on-premise environments.
• Stay current on Neo4j capabilities and integrations with third-party tools.
• Communicate customer needs and product feedback to product teams.
• Lead participation in account-based marketing events and conferences.
