Job summary

Neo4j is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with regional sales teams and customers, demonstrating how the Graph Intelligence Platform meets business needs. You will lead technical evaluations, craft architectures, and guide customers from discovery to value realization.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Marketing, with travel as needed to support deals and events. Strong presentation and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years in sales, presales, solutions engineering, or similar roles.
Experience with data technologies in analytics, architecture, or cloud contexts.
Familiarity with graph data tech and Neo4j is highly preferred.
Ability to present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Articulate business and technical value of Neo4j as a trusted advisor.
Drive technology evaluations and manage multiple opportunities in parallel.
Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Partners, and Product teams.
Co-create reference architectures, integrate Neo4j with cloud or on‑prem environments.
Stay current on Neo4j capabilities and engage in industry events.
